CMS Landscapes Inc. is a local family business serving the Chicago suburbs since 2001. Founded by Scott Podjasek, a husband and father looking to make a living with the gift and passion he has for beautifying the outdoors. “For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a true appreciation and interest in landscapes and a desire to build them. This passion comes from the connection I’ve made with the outdoors with family and friends. So many memories happen outside of the home: backyard parties, intimate family grill nights, a “staycation”, the first day of school pictures in the yard, and so many more. I now create the backdrop for those moments for other families and I couldn’t be happier.” Scott saw the need for a trustworthy landscape design-build contractor that provides beautiful, well-planned landscapes, hardscapes and outdoor living spaces that will bring family and friends together. These are the places where you create memories that last a lifetime.
CMS Landscapes takes extreme pride in our work. It shows in the finished project and the fact that 80% of our business comes from customer referrals. Landscape design and landscape construction is our specialty. We are a landscape design-build company that does not do lawn maintenance. This means that custom landscape design and quality landscape construction is our only focus - not a supplemental source of revenue that many lawn maintenance companies unskillfully attempt.
CMS realizes we are only as good as the professionals that we assign to your home project. Our experienced employees are carefully selected and trained to meet our high standards. The same holds true for our own in-house electricians and stone masons. Many employees have been with the company since the very beginning.
