CMS works with you to incorporate your ideas, needs and desires into landscape designs that are functional, healthy and beautiful. We combine well thought out hardscapes with the right plants in the right locations, all within your budget.
Our design process begins with an onsite client meeting. We discuss your vision, style, expectations and budget. We also collect site information which includes measurements as well as any grading or drainage issues that need to be addressed. This attention to detail insures the finished project will meet all of your expectations while standing the test of time.
The next step in the design process takes place back at our office. A custom design is created reflecting all of your criteria and site information. This is where CMS truly separates itself from other landscape companies. Your new landscape design is created on the computer, not by hand. This allows you to see the design as it will look from multiple angles, with specific colors and materials, as you do a virtual “walk through” of your new outdoor space. As soon as the design is complete, you will receive an email containing your fully itemized estimate.
The last step of the design process is a second meeting back at your home. You will view your custom design on the CMS design computer. During this very interactive meeting, amendments can be made to the design as needed. Any questions regarding the estimate can also be answered at this time.
Projects are then scheduled once the contract is signed and the deposit has been received. Estimates include cost of project permits, paperwork, submission, fees and pick up.
